ONE TUNNE offers parts and accessories for electric scooters, including wheelie bars, sliders, grips, suspension covers, decorative parts and other scooter accessories.
2. Orders and Payment
By placing an order through ONE TUNNE, you agree to these Terms of Service.
All orders require 100% prepayment before processing and shipment. We accept online payments by Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay and Google Pay.
Cash on delivery is not available.
Product descriptions, prices and availability may be updated without prior notice. ONE TUNNE reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order in cases including pricing errors, suspected fraud or other exceptional circumstances.
3. Shipping
We ship worldwide.
Estimated delivery times are:
Europe: 3–7 business days
USA & Canada: 7+ business days
Middle East & Central Asia: 6–9 business days
Asia-Pacific: 7–10 business days
South America, Africa & Oceania: 10–14 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs procedures, local postal services, holidays or other circumstances beyond our control.
4. Returns and Refunds
Returns are accepted only when:
the product was damaged during shipping; or
the shipment has been officially confirmed as lost by the carrier.
Returns are not accepted for change of mind, incorrect product selection, personal preference, or products that have been used or damaged after delivery.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your package and provide clear photos of the damaged product and packaging.
Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer rights that apply under applicable law.
